La Niña is back

(Foggy Summer Evening at Santa Monica Beach)
La Niña has officially returned!
La Niña (cooling of ocean waters in the east-central equatorial Pacific).
For southern California... this typically means dry, warm weather. Which normally will result in drought conditions and the increased risk of brushfires.
Un-related story...
Deer sightings along the 405 Freeway Thursday afternoon in the Sepulveda Pass near Mulholland Drive. Reports of traffic slowdowns due to the sightings.

Comments:
Great picture of a beautiful evening in Santa Monica.
