Desert heat
The summer heat has returned to the southern California desert this weekend. Temperatures on Saturday were in the 80s to the middle 90s with similar temperatures expected for Sunday and for the entire upcoming week. Some areas in the Coachella and Imperial valleys may reach the century mark.
If you plan on being outdoors in the desert heat take these precautions...
- Besure to where sunscreen
- Drinks lots of water
- Where UV sunglasses
- It's also a good idea where a hat. As it can block some of the UV rays from reaching your face and neck.
