The following tips i normally use when photographing during bright, sunny conditions...

1. Never use artificial light... such as flash.
2. Use filters, such as sun filters if your camera has a setting for it or if you have an SLR type camera, besure to attach the filter to the lense.
3. Always use a low ISO setting.
4. Use a high F-stop setting

During conditions when skies are partly cloudy...you may need to adjust settings...to compensate for less lighting.
