Another beautiful day...

(Smokey Sunrise - July 24th, 2005)

A 7,500 acre (and growing) brush fire is burning northeast of Santa Maria near New Cuyuma in the Los Padres National Forest.

The fire was first reported at: 1:30pm Monday afternoon.

At last report... no homes were threatened...but two out buildings were burned.
