Another beautiful day...

(Smoky morning skies - September 20th, 2006)

Fire crews in the southland will try to get control of the 3 brushfires currently burning in southern California before another round of high winds.

These high winds will begin Friday evening and continue through Saturday morning.

The strongest of winds will be through and below the passes and canyons of Los Angeles and Ventura Counties.

The NWS has issued a High Wind Watch for the above mentioned areas.
