NOAA WX Radios in Schools


NOAA/NWS will be supplying all 97,000 public schools in America with weather radios.

The main purpose for the NOAA/NWS to be giving away these radios...is too give schools an early warning system for severe weather or other hazards.

NOAA weather radio covers apx. 97% of the nation with over 950 radio stations.

Here in the southland... NOAA weather radio covers virtually the entire region.
