Increasing winds mountains/deserts

(Mojave Wind Farm - 2001)

An upper level disturbance will bring gusty winds (40 to 45 mph) to the some mountain and all desert areas of the southland beginning around sunset this evening and continuing through most of Tuesday.

If are driving a light weight or high profile vehicle on the 10,15 and 58 FWY's use extreme caution.

A widespread offshore wind event is due in by mid-week.
