Slightly improving conditions for firefighters
(Smoky Sunrise - July 14th, 2005)The offshore flow is diminishing!
This should result in slightly higher relative humidities/dewpoints Saturday along with lighter winds.
Temperatures in the area of the Esperanza fire will reach in the upper 80s to around 90 Saturday afternoon...but lower to the middle to upper 70s on Sunday.
10 to 20 mph winds with gusts to 25 mph at times are in the forecast Saturday...but will be only around 10 mph Sunday.
