Cold fall day

Below normal temperatures will mostly sunny to partly cloudy skies for the southland Tuesday.

There will be a slight chance of morning showers over San Diego County and the Inland Empire.

Temperatures will range be only in the lower to middle 60s in most areas...except upper 50s to the lower 60s at the beaches.


The winds will be in the increase Wednesday across southern California along with the high threat of brushfires.
