Winds finally diminishing
The strong and gusty winds that has fueled brushfires and brought unseasonably warm temperatures to the southland... are finally diminishing.
There still will be minimal advisory level wind gusts (around 40 mph or so) over the Los Angeles and Ventura county mountain areas Tuesday morning...but will decrease to around 20 mph in the afternoon.
Elsewhere across SoCal... winds will be in the 10 to 15 mph range Tuesday morning...then diminish to 5 to 10 mph in the afternoon.
