Gusty winds will continue at least through early afternoon Tuesday afternoon across much of the southland.

The strongest winds will occur in the valleys of the Inland Empire and over the Santa Ana mountains and adjacent foothills.

In these areas winds will likely gusts to around 45 mph or so through early Tuesday afternoon...then dimishing later in the afternoon
