One of the driest rainy seasons on record for LA
(Sunrise - January 31st, 2007)For Los Angeles and for all of southern California...this is one of the driest rainy seasons on record.
For the downtown L.A. observation site at USC...
...So far for the rainy season 1.50" have fallen.
...This is 21% of normal.
...7.12" of rain is the normal amount L.A should have recieved so far.
...This ranks as the 6th driest rainy seasons on record since records begun in 1877.
