Showers and winds for Tuesday

A weak frontal system will pass through the southland on Tuesday bringing scattered to numerous showers along with mountain snow showers down to 4,000'.

Also... gusty winds to over 60 mph are likely over the mountains and deserts of San Bernardino, Riverside and San Diego counties Tuesday.

Rainfall amounts for the coastal and valley areas will likely total under one quarter of an inch.

Snow accumulations over the mountains will range from 1 to 2".
