Windy and warm weather for Friday
(Sky on Fire)Sunny, warm and windy conditions to end the work week here in the southland.
The strongest winds Friday will likely occur through and just below the passes and canyons of Los Angeles and Ventura counties.
In these areas gusts may exceed 50 mph at times.
Some other areas will see gusty winds are the Santa Monica mountains and the Hollywood Hills.
Gusts to 40 mph are possible in these locations.
Temperatures will likely reach in the lower to middle 80s in Downtown L.A.
middle 70s to the middle 80s in the valleys and in the upper 60s to the middle 70s at the beaches.
