Extensive low clouds, fog and local drizzle coastal and valley areas St. Patrick's day morning will slowly give way to mostly sunny skies during the late morning and afternoon hours.

It is possible that some beach areas will see low clouds through the entire day.

Temperatures will be in the 60s at the coast, 70s inland including downtown Los Angeles...meanwhile...the valleys will see temperatures in the 80s this afternoon with some of the valleys of the Inland Empire reaching into the lower to middle 90s.
