Weak off shore flow

A weak offshore flow will produce locally gusty winds through and below the passes and canyons on Thursday.

The strongest winds will occur during the morning hours through and below the passes and canyons of Los Angeles, Ventura and Santa Barbara counties...where gusts to over 40 mph are possible.
