Rip Currents & winds on Tuesday

Also... strong and gusty winds on Tuesday...mainly over the mountains of Los Angeles, Ventura and Santa Barbara counties, the south coast of Santa Barbara county and in the Antelope Valley.

In these areas... winds are likely to gust to over 45 mph throughout the day.
