Mixed clouds and sun for Tuesday

Morning low clouds and fog...coastal and valley areas Tuesday morning will give way to afternoon sunshine.

Portions of the OC and San Diego county coast will likely remain cloudy through the day though.

Temperatures will remain below seasonal normals on Tuesday.

Beaches... 60s
Downtown LA... near 70
Inland OC... lower 70s
Coastal valleys... upper 60s to the middle 70s
IE valleys... 70s to the lower 80s
