One-E becomes "Alvin"

Tropical Depression One in the eastern Pacific has increased slightly during the past 24 hours and has become Tropical Storm "Alvin"

As of early Tuesday morning it had maximum sustained winds of 40 mph.

It is no treat what so ever to the southland or any land mass.
