Low clouds and fog...coastal and valley areas then mostly sunny skies during the afternoon.

Low clouds will linger at the beaches into the afternoon (mainly from Long Beach north and westward).

This afternoon temperatures will reach into the middle 70s to the lower 80s in the coastal valleys, middle 80s inland valleys, lower 70s downtown Los Angeles, middle 70s inland Orange county and in the 60s at the beaches.

Winds will be light under 8 mph.
