Warm temperatures to end the week

(Desert Sunset overlayed over boulders)

The shallow marine layer over parts of the southland Friday morning will give way to sunshine in the afternoon.

No change in the temperatures from Thursday's readings.

Lower 80s expected in Downtown Los Angeles...
middle 80s for inland Orange County...
90s valleys of the Inland Empire and in the middle 80s to the middle 90s for the coastal valleys.

Looking to cool...head to the beaches... high temperatures will be in the upper 60s to the middle 70s.
