Heat continues for the inland areas on Thursday
(Catalina Island - August 1983)Continued hot inland areas as high pressure continues to influence southland California's weather. Temperatures in the afternoon will reach into the 100's for the inland valley areas...with the hottest temperatures in the San Bernardino/Riverside areas. Temperatures in those locations will range from 104 to 107.
But... an "Eddy" circulation will bring cool and gloomy weather to the immediate coastal areas on Thursday with temperatures in the lower to middle 70s for the most during the afternoon hours.
