Hot and dry conditions this week

The hottest temperatures will occur over the valleys...where temperatures will approach the 110 degree mark on the 4th of July and Thursday.
For mid-city Los Angeles... temperatures will be in the upper 80s to around 90 through Thursday... with the hottest day expected today (Tuesday).
If your planning on cooling off at the beach... beware... there is a high risk of rip currents along the Orange and San Diego county beaches through at least the 4th of July.
