Onshore flow to continue...
Onshore flow will continue to produce night and morning low clouds and fog for the next few days...extending into the valleys during the late night and morning hours.
Temperatures will be below seasonal normals for most of the southland this week.
Looking ahead...
An upper level storm system (currently located in the north Pacific) will dip south along the coast and become cut off from the main jet stream...just of the southern California coast.
This will likely result in extensive cloud cover and a slight chance of light rain showers or drizzle come Thursday and Friday...possibly continuing through the weekend.
