Warm inland areas for mid-week

(Evening low clouds - Downtown San Diego)

High pressure will gradual weaken over the southwest region during the remainder of week.

Inland areas of southern California will likely see at least another day (Wednesday) of warm temperatures before a trough of low pressure will bring a fairly strong onshore flow this weekend and early next week.

Valley temperatures on Wednesday will likely reach into the upper 80s to the upper 90s (except around 100 in some far interior valleys).

Meanwhile coastal communities will see high temperatures Wednesday mostly in the lower to middle 70s.

Mid city LA/Interior OC will see high temperatures in the middle 80s to near 90.

***Reminder***
Red Flag Warnings remain in effect for elevations at 4,000 feet and above for the mountains of Los Angeles and Ventura counties through early Thursday morning for very low humidities and warm temperatures.
