Onshore flow to give way to a weak off shore flow late in the week
Wednesday...
An onshore flow will bring morning low clouds and fog to the coast and in the valleys of the IE and San Diego...otherwise look for mostly sunny skies and seasonal temperatures for Halloween.
A weak "Sundowner wind" is possible Wednesday evening along the south coast of Santa Barbara county. Local gusts to around 20 mph are possible.
By the weekend...
A weak off shore flow will bring warmer temperatures and locally breezy conditions to the southland Friday and Saturday. The strongest winds will likely occur Saturday morning through and just below the passes and canyons. Gusts in these areas may approach 40 mph.
HAPPY HALLOWEEN!
