Damaging winds possible Christmas eve/Christmas Day

An offshore will intensify over the southland begining Christmas Eve then continue through Christmas Day.

There high a potential of damaging winds through and below passes and canyons along with high fire danger... due to low humidities combined with the gusty winds.

Temperatures will be mild in the 60s and 70s across the coastal plain and valleys through Christmas Day.
