Cold and gloomy weather into next weekend...

Moist westerly flow will continue cooler than normal temperatures along with periods of rain and mountain snows through the week and into the weekend.
The greatest areal coverage and heavier precipitation will occur Wednesday through Thursday and again over the weekend.
A Winter Storm Watch has been issued for the mountains of LA/VTU and SBA counties where heavy snow accumulations is likely Wednesday into Thursday.
A Flash Flood Watch may be needed for the recent burn areas...due to heavy rainfall.
