Weak storm system to pass by during mid week

A trough will move the region Tuesday night bringing gusty winds to mainly the mountains and deserts.

The strongest gusts will likely occur over the mountains of Santa Barbara, Ventura and LA counties... where gusts may reach 65 mph at times from Tuesday evening through Wednesday afternoon.

Otherwise... just partly cloudy skies can be expected with the trough of low pressure.

Another round of potentially unsettled conditions on tap for the upcoming weekend.
