Windy periods through Saturday
(San Fernando Valley -as viewed from the Hollywood Hills)High pressure over the western U.S. will continued periods of off shore winds through Saturday.
The strongest gusts will occur over the mountains...mainly through and below the passes and canyons. Gusts exceeding 40 mph are likely at times.
Skies will continue be clear with high visibilities and temperatures will remain below normal.
