Water woes - Spring/summer streamflow forecasts


Even though the maps show above normal spring and summer streamflow in the western U.S. streams... this will do very little to help the long-term drought situation over the region... including southern California.

As indicated on the top graphic... the reservoir storage in California reservoirs is near normal as of February 1st.
